Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline with B. Ed & M. Ed Degree.
∎ Specialized professional and/or formal education in school administration, instructional leadership, or educational leadership is highly preferable.

∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Education Administration/ Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working closely with the authority on a daily basis to ensure the smooth overall academic operation of the school.
∎ Supporting committees of staff and parent that function to improve the learning and social environment of the school for the students.
∎ Liaise with education Board, Ministry, Different government and external agencies as when required.
∎ Teaching classes, developing rapport with the students, handling discipline issues and filling in for the principal when required.
∎ Resolving conflicts between students, teachers or combinations of conflicts between various individuals.
∎ Assisting in yearly teacher and staff evaluations, assisting in providing guidance to staff and students, and encouraging a positive climate in the school.
∎ Directing assemblies and other special gatherings of students for events throughout the year.
∎ Developing emergency response plans for schools as required by government education agencies. Filing reports and updating as required.
∎ Record keeping as required through the use of various logs, tracking records, computer programs, inter or intranet software or other programs which has related with academic affairs.
∎ Should have experience in Teachers evaluation process, Student evaluation and motivation process, daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly routine preparation, academic calendar preparation,
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have Teaching and administrative experience as Head Master with reputed College/School.
∎ Experience in a leadership/ managerial capacity.
∎ Familiarity with educational requirements.
∎ Evidence of leadership abilities.
∎ He should familiar with school operating software.
