• Master’s degree in any subject from a reputed university/college (preference for English, Mathematics, or Science).

• Minimum GPA 3.5 in SSC/HSC and at least 2nd Class/CGPA 3.0 in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

• Minimum 3–4 years of teaching experience.

• Candidates with B.Ed. or M.Ed. degrees will be given preference.

• Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.

• Administrative and pedagogy expertise.

• Proficiency in English and Bangla (spoken and written).

• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, internet).
