Experience:
Master’s degree in any subject from a reputed university/college (preference for English, Mathematics, or Science).
Minimum GPA 3.5 in SSC/HSC and at least 2nd Class/CGPA 3.0 in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Minimum 3–4 years of teaching experience.
Candidates with B.Ed. or M.Ed. degrees will be given preference.
Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
Administrative and pedagogy expertise.
Proficiency in English and Bangla (spoken and written).
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, internet).

Key Responsibilities:
Set the school’s vision and strategic direction in alignment with organisational goals.
Lead academic, administrative, and financial operations to ensure smooth school management.
Supervise and support teachers to deliver high-quality, engaging classroom instruction.
Implement and monitor curriculum, lesson plans, and student assessments.
Maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment for students and staff, ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed.
Track and report on school performance, student progress, and academic achievement.
Engage parents and the wider community to promote holistic student development.
Plan and organise co-curricular and creative activities to nurture students’ talents and leadership.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement among staff.
