• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any subject from a reputable university/college (English, Mathematics, or Science preference).

• Candidates with B.Ed./M.Ed. will be given additional preference.

• At least 1st division/GPA 4.0 in SSC/HSC and minimum 2nd class/CGPA 3.0 in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

• Preference will be given to candidates with 3-4 years of experience as a Head Teacher.

• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, and internet).

• Proficiency in English and Bangla (spoken and written).

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Administrative and pedagogy expertise.

We are seeking Head Teachers to provide academic leadership and maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
