∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management will get preference.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ 10 years above experience in the related field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): FMCG/Food Manufacturing Company/ Group of Companies.
∎ Experience in handling ERP Software & Tally Software.
∎ Skills required in demand forecasting, inventory management, cost reduction, supply chain planning etc.
∎ Provide strong leadership
∎ Problem solving and analytical skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and execute strategies to improve supply chain performance and reduce costs.
∎ To optimize inventory management processes, including demand planning, inventory control and stock replenishment.
∎ Collaborating with internal stakeholders including procurement, production, sales, distribution and finance teams to align supply chain activities.
∎ Identify and implement new technologies or systems that can improve supply chain efficiency.
∎ Keep detailed records of all supply chain activities, including inventory levels, delivery times, and supplier performance.
∎ To lead cross-functional teams and supply chain projects, driving process improvements, system implementations and change management initiatives to enhance supply chain capabilities and performance.
∎ To identify and conduct analyses on underperforming areas in the supply chain process and suggest improvements or solutions to problems.
∎ To connect directly with all production stakeholders, analyses inventory levels and develop liability reports for excess and obsolete management.
∎ To provide leadership and mentorship to supply chain staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning, development, and collaboration within the team.
∎ Any other tasks are assigned by the Management.
