Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (B.Sc) in Footwear/ Leather/ Textile
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Merchandising
∎ For very good candidate with right experience educational qualification will be relaxed

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic person who will increase the existing portfolio of buyers for Shoeniverse Footwear Ltd., which is a footwear unit of National Polymer Group. Higher position may be offered for the right candidate if required.
∎ Job Location: Factory, Bhaluka, Mymensingh/ Head Office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka (Job location is flexible for the eligible candidate. Candidate can choose one between the two).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Find new buyers and establish relationship with them
∎ Nurture the existing buyer and strengthen the relationship with them
∎ Maintain good relationship with potential buyers
∎ Negotiate and finalize customer terms and conditions, costing, pricing and delivery timelines jointly with the management
∎ Make market research, sales analysis and create new ideas to boost the export activities
∎ Create strategy road map to achieve revenue targets
∎ Track team performance at overall level and individual level and provide motivation and guidance wherever required
∎ Track globally prevalent designs, customer requirements and future trends
∎ Review existing marketing and merchandising process flow and rectify them
∎ Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Only candidate with footwear experience will be considered
∎ Excellent communication
∎ Strong negotiation skills
∎ Sound analytical skills
∎ Initiator and team player
∎ Motivated and determined
∎ High adaptability in any situation
∎ Ability to meet deadline despite all obstacles
∎ Ability to work under huge pressure

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary shall not be a constraint for the right candidate.
