Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing / relevant subject.
Preferred Educational Institutions:(i) University of Dhaka-IBA; University of Dhaka; University of Chittagong/ reputed Public University.
(ii) North South University; BRAC University; International Islamic University Chittagong; Independent University, Bangladesh.

Responsibilities & Context: - Identify and develop new business opportunities across the country.
- Create new customers as well as expand uncovered areas.
- Allocate sales territories, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback.
- Motivate and evaluate team members to enhance performance and productivity.
- Create and develop innovative ways to communicate the company message to the existing customers.
- Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
- Analyse the monthly target vs achievement to take necessary action based on findings.
- Analyse sales data to measure ROI and identify growth areas.
- Set monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, pricing policies, and distribution plans.
- Ensure timely collection of payments.
- Ensure strong customer relationship management (CRM) and after-sales service.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and trade regulations
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence updates for management and submit to Hon’ble MD /Chairman.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
