∎ Head of Quality Assurance is responsible to ensure the QA/QC of the products and manage the QC team as per the guidelines of Quality related manuals of the company. Under direct supervision of the managing director.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the 100% QA for the Corporate and Trading requirement.
∎ Capable to lead the concern team of Quality Department as per guideline of Quality related manuals of the company.
∎ Involvement of every stage of quality control from A to Z.
∎ Capabilities of third party Audit and Inspection.
∎ Capable to report to the management in timely.
∎ Capable to handle technical audit.
∎ Identifying relevant quality-related training needs.
∎ Capable to train-up the concern team / department.
∎ Provide enough quality control seminars and coaching for company trainees.
∎ Should be able to formulate the standards of Quality, and also formulate Quality SOPs in the factory.
∎ Monitoring QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments.
∎ Responsible for each aspect of quality control during assembly in the factory.
∎ To conduct a pre-production meeting and Increase quality awareness.
∎ Follow up Pre-Final inspection
∎ Ultimately ensure final product quality.
∎ Time to time other duties assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): FMCG, Group of Companies.
∎ Experience in home appliance is given more preference.
∎ Age Maximum 45 years.
∎ Able to work in a team environment.
∎ Capable to work under Pressure.
∎ Computer literacy is must, sound in MS-Office application, e-mail & internet.
∎ 'SMART' reporting and communication skills
∎ Must be self-motivated, proactive, and have a high-energetic approach to problem solving.
