Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should be graduate from any renowned Institute, Education qualification may be considered only for the experienced candidate, with about 10-15 years of relevant work experience in garments trade or other relevant experience of apparel in a manufacturing/buying organization.
∎ Candidate should have proven leadership experience in developing team members and guiding factories in improving quality standards. A proven track record in terms of key performance indicators of customer claim/cancellation rate is a must and candidate should be able to work on improving quality from the perspective of end-consumer requirements. Computer proficiency and effective communication skill in English is essential. The selected candidate will receive a monthly remuneration of BDT. 4,00,000/-, and other benefit as per company policy, an internationally recognized qualification will be preferred.

∎ Age at most 60 years
