12 years of progressively responsible experience, of which minimum 05 years in a top-level leadership position, with medical equipment/consumables suppliers.
Strong knowledge of Commercial, Tax/VAT, Financing and Strategic planning.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Labaid Group, the largest healthcare brand in Bangladesh, inviting applications from experienced professionals for the following full-time position.
Responsibilities:
Oversee & optimize the overall operations related to hospital/diagnostic equipment, reagents & consumables.
Ensure efficient procurement, storage, distribution, and maintenance of all items.
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance cost-efficiency, product availability, and quality control.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, & monitor performance of suppliers.
Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, safety standards, and quality certifications for equipment and consumables.
Collaborate with various departments, including clinical, bio-medical, finance, and procurement, to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Lead and mentor the operations team to foster a high-performance culture.
Accountable for budget management and cost optimization for the said items.
Drive the acquisition and implementation of new technologies and sources.
