• Master`s degree in Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• At least 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

• Age At most 50 years

• 12 years of progressively responsible experience, of which minimum 05 years in a top-level leadership position, with medical equipment/consumables suppliers.

• Strong knowledge of Commercial, Tax/VAT, Financing and Strategic planning.

• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee & optimize the overall operations related to hospital/diagnostic equipment, reagents & consumables.

• Ensure efficient procurement, storage, distribution, and maintenance of all items.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance cost-efficiency, product availability, and quality control.

• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, & monitor performance of suppliers.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, safety standards, and quality certifications for equipment and consumables.

• Collaborate with various departments, including clinical, bio-medical, finance, and procurement, to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Lead and mentor the operations team to foster a high-performance culture.

• Accountable for budget management and cost optimization for the said items.

• Drive the acquisition and implementation of new technologies and sources.
