Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
∎ ACA/ FCA certification.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor, control, plan & implement financing activities.
∎ Arrange debt financing against Capex & working capital according to the business plan of the company.
∎ Communicate, maintain & develop in-depth relationships with leaders of foreign and local financial institutions.
∎ Ensure internal control and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements & aspects.
∎ Participate in meetings, conferences, workshops, and discussions with the investment community.
∎ Ensuring Compliance with Bangladesh Bank and Bangladesh Investment Development Authority guidelines, circulars, and policies.
∎ Searching new avenues of financing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Work experience in a Public Limited Company
∎ Advanced level of comprehension and proficiency in computer use.

Salary: Negotiable
