Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation from UGC approved Local University or Reputed Foreign University in Accounting/ Finance
∎ Skills Required: ACA/ ACMA

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Finance, Finance/ Accounts

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising the activities of business analysis, budgeting and reporting the same to management on a regular basis;
∎ Facilitating the compliance procedures for the single set of financial reporting to all stakeholders;
∎ Following up the implementation of strategic business plans & SOPs of all SBUs;
∎ Upgrading the consolidated reporting standards of the group & performances measures of SBUs;
∎ Supervising the timely communication of all the business performances to management;
∎ Supervising the reporting of consolidated performance at regular interval to management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be an Associate Chartered Accountant - ACA;
∎ People Management Experience as s/he will handle a team of 15 – 20 people in Corporate and Business Units;
∎ Business Development and Client Management Experience;
∎ Knowledge in Business Analysis, Corporate Finance, Corporate Reporting, ERP, Finance Management, Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, Fund & Treasury Management

Salary: Negotiable
