∎ CA Part or ICMAB 1200.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Streamline and oversee accounting functions & finance operations in the Lift Operating Unit.
∎ Oversee GL activities such as journal postings (for payroll/tax, deferrals/accruals), bank reconciliations, prepayments, fixed assets, etc.
∎ Review invoice/billing and credit control processes, ensuring accurate cash receipt application and good AR Ageing.
∎ Approve vendor/supplier invoices and employee expenses, ensure P&L coding is used correctly and that payments are processed timely.
∎ Provide a high level of customer service within accounts and finance to several business partners (i.e., Operations, SCM, HR, IT, Sales, Marketing, logistics, inventory, etc.).
∎ Manage monthly close process, generate Financial Statements, and perform account reconciliations on time.
∎ Review and delivery monthly management accounts and forecasts of assigned entities.
∎ Support treasury function (local and forex payments and cash flow ).
∎ Prepare product and service cost-sheet and produce Product and Service Profitability Statement (proposed and actual).
∎ Analyze financial data and assist in the accounts flux analysis (inc. budget vs actual variances).
∎ Facilitate the budgeting, profitability calculations, and variance analysis process.
∎ Perform tax calculations, returns, payments, and planning including compliance with various provisions of fiscal laws.
∎ Led preparation of Annual Financial Statements to comply with statutory requirements.
∎ Analyze and forecast the requirement of finance and borrowings; ensure borrowing at a competitive rate; maintain good rapport with loan-giving agencies.
∎ Maintain a track record of sanctions and ensure revision in line with market conditions.
∎ Acting as the main contact point for banking partners for all national and international payment investigations, queries, and sanctions compliance.
∎ Arrange loans for new projects, BMRE and regular operations/working capital.
∎ Liaison with internal sections to ensure good CIB and payment of the loan on the due date to avoid classification.
∎ Up-to-date knowledge of BRPD and related circulars.
∎ Update Treasury Policies and Procedures.
∎ Capable to help in preparing IM/Project Profile.
∎ Ensure that the organization is in compliance with all financial and legal regulations.
∎ Take proper measures to minimize different financial risks.
∎ Analysis and execution of foreign exchange trading and money market activity to ensure optimal proceeds for programs.
∎ Assist in cross-operating units or intercompany accounts and finance functions as far as applicable.
∎ Comply with provisions of management policies, procedures, etc., and requirements of management reporting and analytics.
∎ Support ad hoc tasks requested by CBO, CFO, and senior management team.
