Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement end-to-end digital business strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
∎ Generating ideas for innovation followed by execution aligning company and regulatory frameworks
∎ Oversee digital insurance products and services, ensuring integration across mobile, web, and partner channels.
∎ Own and drive business targets—design sales/digital campaigns, B2C/B2B partnerships, and growth initiatives.
∎ Work with marketing and sales teams to convert digital leads into policy sales and increase customer acquisition.
∎ Continuously improve the digital customer journey through UX optimization, data analytics, and feedback loops.
∎ Implement self-service tools and automation to improve speed and quality of service delivery.
∎ Lead, motivate, and mentor a multidisciplinary team including developers, sales agents, designers, and data analysts.
∎ Make data-driven decisions and provide clear direction in a fast-paced, agile environment.
∎ Build partnerships with fintechs, aggregators, telcos, and e-commerce platforms to expand the digital insurance ecosystem.
∎ Stay ahead of InsurTech trends and emerging technologies to keep Green Delta at the industry forefront.
∎ Ensure all digital activities comply with regulatory guidelines and IT security policies.

∎ The Head of Digital Business is responsible for shaping and executing the digital vision of Green Delta Insurance PLC. This role demands a balanced focus on digital innovation, revenue generation both from digital and conventional sales funnel, and people leadership. The ideal candidate will lead a dynamic team to drive sales growth through digital platforms, optimize customer experience, and launch scalable InsurTech initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals.
