Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduation from any accredited and reputed university major in Fashion Designing.
∎ Preference to be given to the graduates from Fashion schools.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Worked with the designer members to develop line development, including theme, color and print direction, silhouettes, and beading and embroidery ideas;
∎ Will be responsible to oversee both Design Studio & PD team;
∎ Working with internal vendors in regards to any new style, fabric and trim developments; Creating first proto tech packs for development that include flat sketch, detail sketches, fabric and trim information and key measurements;
∎ Requesting and tracking all first proto and salesman sampling for SS11.
∎ Working with in-house patternmaker and sample room for new Developments as well as duplicate salesman samples.
∎ Responsible for designing & Business development.
∎ Handled all types of knit & woven fabrics for Ladies, kids & men's group.
∎ Developed new fabrics from brand of Bangladesh for new collections.
∎ Initiated a garment program for basic cut and sew knits, including new fabric prints on own developed fabrics.
∎ Successfully reduced cost associated issues on developments.
∎ Directly involved in costing, sampling.
∎ Prepare and manage monthly and yearly targets for merchants and product developers.
∎ Any other relates job(s) as assign by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Fashion Designing,
∎ Boutique, Buying House, Design/Printing/Publishing, Garments, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Textile
∎ Having expertise on Knit & Woven products.
∎ Confident to work directly with customers.
∎ At least last 03 year of experiences as Head of Designer will be given extra preference.
∎ Should have good communication skills both spoken and written in English and Bengali,
∎ Should be able to work on own initiative under pressure
Salary: Negotiable
