Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for designing, developing product range for Panjabi.
∎ Must ensure that the brand is consistently offering trendy and quality products to its customers and be up to date.
∎ Create or visualize an idea and produce Fashion design by using computer of Panjabi.
∎ Expected Capability of Fashion Designer of Panjabi
∎ Computing Course on Illustrator Photoshop
∎ Create new design, idea & editing as per the given guidelines
∎ Should have the capability to create own concept.
∎ Should have graphics knowledge on garments basis.
∎ Should have an excellent capability on 2D/ 3D sketch designing
∎ Knowledgeable to understand and Fashion design the seasonal.
∎ Ability to understand the seasonal color trend and material trend.
∎ Should have wide knowledge about global fashion trends.
∎ Ensure the timely and successful design and development of products in line with the customers' requirements of Panjabi.
∎ Identify target markets for designs, looking at factors such as age, gender and socioeconomic status
∎ Conduct market research to identify new trends, fabrics, and techniques, and seeking Fashion design inspiration
∎ Any other task assigned by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Boutique/ Fashion, Retail, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Textile.
∎ Fluent both in English & Bengali.
∎ A good knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices and testing methods for quality assurance of apparel products.
Salary: Negotiable
