∎ Graduate in Fashion designing from any Reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of entire Design process & team and provide technical decisions
∎ Conduct brainstorming on designing and produce concepts accordingly
∎ Study market trend to have a reflection on product design & development to full fill customer needs
∎ Develop design ideas through coordination with merchandising & Sample team
∎ Brand Management, visuals and creative endeavors of a business
∎ Improve product variation according to the market needs
∎ Contribute to yearly design planning by making relevant themes
∎ Assist in vendor/producer development processes
∎ contribute to sale's target achievement
∎ Monitor sales status to ensure future needs and demands of the customers
∎ Responsible for utilization of stock fabric, trims and accessories in processing store
∎ good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience required 8/10 year (2/3 years experience on similar position)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fashion Designing, 2/3 years Experiences on similar position added as advantage
∎ Able to work in illustrator, Photoshop or any other design software
∎ Must be capable to handle different types of fabrics.
∎ Must have good communication skill on both oral & written.
∎ Research design trends to decide what will sell.
∎ Investigate new textiles made from sustainable materials.
