• Age At least 32 years

• Good communication & presentation skill

• Exposure to International regulatory audits and ability to support audit readiness activities

• Experience in New project planning, designing and execution phase.

• Skilled in technical drawings using latest drafting tools (Autocad, Solid works etc.)

• Prepare and review URS, Layout, P&ID, HVAC design, Utility distribution drawings related to new projects.

• Manage equipment installation, commissioning, FAT/SAT and project documentation.

• Ensure smooth operation and preventive maintenance of utility like HVAC & BMS, Chillers, AHU, Steam, Boiler, Generator, Water Generation System, Air Compressor systems etc.

• Supervise preventive maintenance of production equipment of Oral Solid Dosage and Injectable facility.

• Perform and supervise Breakdown maintenance of PLC operated Production and Utility machinery and others.

• Follow up for availability of spare parts and consumables required for maintenance.

• Ensure cGMP, safety standards, QMS and documentation compliance (SOP, Logbook, Maintenance record).

• Monitor the compliance with the requirements of Good Engineering Practice.
