Experience

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Experienced designers manage complex projects like, advertising, branding, and 3D animations.

Additional Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of Figma, Blender, or Cinema 4D is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute designs with minimal supervision.
• Advance understanding of video editing techniques and visual storytelling.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Job Location: House-14, Road-7/C, Sector-09 Uttara, Dhaka.

Responsibilities & Context

• The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, a solid understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to produce engaging static, motion, and video content for digital platforms, branding, marketing campaigns, social media, and print media.
• Design static visuals including banners, posters, brochures, ads, packaging, social media content, website & marketing campaigns, etc.
• Create engaging motion graphics for video projects, product explainers, social media reels/stories, intros/outros, and animations.
• Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and deliver impactful visuals.
• Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion visuals.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and multimedia output.
• Stay updated with design, animation & video trends and implement fresh ideas into the work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Assist in UI/UX tasks and web design projects if needed.
• Revise designs based on feedback and ensure final graphics meet high-quality standards.
• Stay updated with design trends and tools. e.g- Adobe Creative Cloud, Cupcut, Figma, Cinema, and other necessary tools.
