Education:
    • Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)
    • Master of Education (M.Ed)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a relevant discipline.

Professional certification in Early Years teaching or a relevant educational field (e.g., PGCE, EYTS, or Montessori Diploma) is highly preferred.

Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in Early Years, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or coordination role.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, delivery, and assessment of the EYFS curriculum, aligned with IB PYP and international best practices.

Supervise and mentor EYFS teachers, ensuring high-quality teaching and professional development.

Collaborate with parents, staff, and school leadership to create engaging, inclusive learning experiences.

Monitor student progress, maintain records, and ensure compliance with school policies and regulatory standards.

Organize and lead EYFS events, such as parent workshops, play-based activities, and outdoor learning initiatives.

Foster a safe, creative, and supportive environment for young learners (ages).

Contribute to school-wide initiatives, including accreditation and curriculum reviews.

Job Location: House-14, Road-7/C, Sector-09 Uttara, Dhaka.
