Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead the planning, delivery, and assessment of the EYFS curriculum, aligned with IB PYP and international best practices.
- Supervise and mentor EYFS teachers, ensuring high-quality teaching and professional development.
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and school leadership to create engaging, inclusive learning experiences.
- Monitor student progress, maintain records, and ensure compliance with school policies and regulatory standards.
- Organize and lead EYFS events, such as parent workshops, play-based activities, and outdoor learning initiatives.
- Foster a safe, creative, and supportive environment for young learners (ages).
- Contribute to school-wide initiatives, including accreditation and curriculum reviews.
