• Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A)

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts/Graphic Design/Multimedia or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in branding, packaging, motion graphics, and digital design
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)

• Execute packaging designs for multi-flavor and multi-species feed products, ensuring visual standardization.
• Develop motion graphics and animated content for social media, brand storytelling, and internal communications.
• Create visual assets for Facebook and Instagram, including reels, carousels, and promotional posts.
• Ensure final design output is production-ready and correctly executed by vendors and agencies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative output with business goals.
• Assist in dealer activations, seasonal campaigns, and internal communication materials.
• Prepare mockups, presentation decks, and visual prototypes for internal review and approvals.
• Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints while adapting to audience-specific needs.
• Maintain organized design files and scalable systems for efficient workflow.
• Work closely with the Brand Head taking brand guideline and direction as per the requirement.
