Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduates of any discipline can be substituted for experience but Diploma in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts Institute, BFA, MFA, etc. are preferred.
∎ Running students with Graphic Designer expert can also apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and design different sorts of designs for logo, brand identity packages, flyer, book, poster, paper ad, bill board, corporate profile, greeting cards, visiting cards, graphical content for social media etc.
∎ Work on: clipping path, multi path, various masking (Alpha masking, Layer masking), Product Retouching, Shadowing (Drop/Natural/Mirror Shadow), Color Correction, Dust/Scratch removal, Background Removal, Image manipulation etc.
∎ Create banners, product image promotions, etc. to be displayed on the website, social media, and email.
∎ Make creative visuals for all sorts of digital media
∎ Efficiently communicate with multiple colleagues, including club members and generate collateral.
∎ Excellent knowledge of visualization and a refined sense of aesthetics
∎ Good understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, real estate, properties, E-commerce, Design/Printing/Publishing.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Deeply passionate about Graphic Design and video editing
∎ Knowledge of standard software packages like, Google, MS Office and Adobe Acrobat (Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator)
∎ Excellent writing and typing skills in English and Bengali
∎ Knowledge of current design trends
∎ Ability to work on multiple projects
∎ Good interpersonal skills
∎ Proactive in taking initiatives and being an active team player
∎ Responsible for timely delivery of tasks and maintaining quality
∎ Confident and dynamic personality.
∎ Values: Self -discipline, independent, proactive, hardworking, organized.
