Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Architecture/ civil.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing detail working drawings including floor plan, ceiling and furniture plan, furniture design, structural, electrical, plumbing & municipal approval drawing etc.
∎ Should be perfect in measurement taking and research also.
∎ Develop concept and detailed design & drawing for both Interior and Exterior work.
∎ Distributing work among Architects and CAD Operators.
∎ Prepare project Presentation (2D), Estimation & cost.
∎ Strong drafting skills different types of industrial building and others as per requirements.
∎ Expert in 2d modeling like AutoCAD.
∎ Strong knowledge for preparing approval drawing.
∎ Any other relevant assignment given by management.
