• Skill in using software like Wilcom, photoshop, illustration or similar programs. 

• Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure.

• Should be a good team player having good inter-personal skills, pro-activeness & result oriented.

• Create original embroidery artwork based on buyer tech packs, trends, or internal concepts.

• Digitize and prepare embroidery-ready files using specialized software.

• Convert artwork to stitch format, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and production feasibility.

• A strong sense of design, color, and detail is essential. Develop designs according to the buyer requirements.

• Communicate & discuss with R&D team about smoothly sample & production.

• Ability to adapt designs based on feedback and stay with current trends of buyer. Able to know design revising or correcting.

• Give advice to sample section for better sampling. Able to make approximate price & final price.

• Work closely with sampling team to develop embroidery samples.

• Troubleshoot embroidery issues such as thread breaks, puckering, or density mismatches.

• Suggest improvements in thread type, backing material, or machine settings as well as costing and consumptions of materials.

• Ensure final embroidery outputs meet quality standards (design clarity, alignment, neat finishing).

• Work proactively to avoid defects in bulk production embroidery.

• Follow company confidentiality guidelines regarding buyer artwork and internal designs.
