Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conceptualize, design, and create high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and other marketing materials.
∎ Collaborate with the creative team, including graphic designers, video editors, and content creators, to develop innovative visual content.
∎ Create animation concepts to visualize design ideas.
∎ Use industry-standard software and tools to produce animations, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
∎ Ensure all motion graphics adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style.
∎ Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics and animation.
∎ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
∎ Provide creative input and feedback during brainstorming sessions and project reviews.

∎ Qualifications:
∎ Education:
∎ Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Honors Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
∎ Experience:
∎ At least 1 year of proven experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or in a similar role.
∎ Technical Skills:
∎ Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics and animation work.
∎ Knowledge of 3D animation and modeling software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
∎ Experience with video production and editing is a plus.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, composition, color theory, and typography.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from creative briefs.Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
