Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong understanding of design principles
Ability to work independently as well as team member
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Must be fluent in Bengali and English composition in Bijoy or Unicode
To be willing to learn and follow the instructions
Knowledge about Press Printing Design, Output setting will be an advantage

After Probation: Tk.18,000-22,000 (as per performance)
