Salary: Tk. 12500 - 25000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• At most 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Market Research Firms, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Studies

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
2. Proven work experience as a graphics personnel will be a plus

• At most 3 years

Job Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and G Suite.
2. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
3. Proficiency in creating graphical content for social media using Canva and Illustrator and Photoshop or related applications.
4. Good Proficiency in English and Bangla content writing.
5. Time management and planning skills.

Other Skills and Qualifications:

Networking, Persuasion, Prospecting, Research, Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism.

• Plan the creation of content and create content using Illustrator and Photoshop.

• We accept some informal creations in Canva too, but Illustrator expertise is a plus.

• Implement monthly sales and marketing plans.

• Promote the company’s products/services by addressing or predicting customers’ objectives.

• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.

• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers and vendors.

• Perform other tasks as needed.

Salary Range: TK. 12K - 15K Friendly Environment. Challenging yet fun projects. General leave and sick leave. Yearly increment based on performance. Opportunity to grow.
