∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ 2+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, video animation, and graphic design.
∎ Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design tools.
∎ Knowledge of video editing, sound design, and post-production workflows.
∎ Experience in creating digital marketing assets and implementing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads.
∎ A strong understanding of SEO, PPC(Pay per click), and analytics tools is a plus.
∎ Excellent creative, communication, and project management skills.
∎ Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
∎ Creative understanding of digital marketing, branding, and social media trends.
∎ Excellent design skills, including the effective use of color, form, and composition.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
∎ Good command of written English and Bengali.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design eye-catching graphics, banners, and promotional materials for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
∎ Develop brochures, posters, leaflets, banners, newsletters, flyers, festoons, calendars, book covers, and other branding materials.
∎ Ensure all graphics maintain a professional, aesthetically pleasing, and brand-consistent standard.
∎ Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and software to enhance creativity and efficiency.
∎ Work closely with the marketing team to develop visual content ideas that improve engagement and brand awareness.
∎ Ensure print materials follow proper printing, press, and packaging guidelines.
∎ Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, and promotional purposes.
∎ Create motion graphics (2D & 3D) and animations to enhance video content.
∎ Work with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and other video editing software.
∎ Ensure videos are edited with seamless transitions, sound synchronization, and professional effects.
∎ Develop storyboards and visual concepts for video projects.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for digital campaigns, SEO, and online advertising.
∎ Develop social media graphics, ad creatives, and brand visuals that boost engagement.
∎ Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends to optimize content reach.
∎ Ensure all designs and videos support the company’s branding, messaging, and marketing goals.
