- Detail-oriented, fast turnaround, consistent communication
- Preference: Automotive/Tourism content experience
- Better English understanding, Speaking, listening and writing skill.

About Us
We’re a fast-growing car dealership business producing consistent content for social media and YouTube. We’re hiring a full-time team member who can handle photo retouching, graphic design, and video creation using footage and directions provided by our team — plus someone who’s comfortable using AI tools and prompt engineering to speed up and improve production quality.
Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Photo Retouching
- Retouch vehicle photos (Reflection, lighting, color correction, cleanup, sharpness)
- Keep a consistent premium look across all images
- Design promo creatives (price drops, feature badges, banners, posts)
- Create high-CTR YouTube thumbnails (clean layout, strong typography)
- Maintain strict brand consistency (logo placement, spacing, typography)
Video Creation (From Provided Footage)
- Produce short videos (15–60 sec) for Reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts
- Produce long videos (5/6/10 minutes) for YouTube
- Add subtitles/captions, on-screen text, and simple motion graphics
- Improve audio (cleanup, leveling) + add copyright-safe music
- Edit for retention (hook, pacing, structure, CTA)
AI Tools & Prompt Engineering (Must Have)
- Use AI tools to support production (ideas, hooks, captions, thumbnails, scripts, translations, voice cleanup, etc.)
- Write strong prompts and iterate quickly to get consistent results
- Maintain quality control (AI output must match brand tone and accuracy)
- Bonus: familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, CapCut AI, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs, Descript, etc.
