Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects etc.).
∎ Experience in corporate branding and marketing materials.
∎ Strong creativity, attention to detail and time management skills.
∎ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and develop marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and other promotional items.
∎ Create engaging content for digital platforms such as social media posts, email templates, website graphics, and online advertisements.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
∎ Maintain brand consistency across all designs in line with Sonali Life’s branding guidelines.
∎ Edit and retouch images and photos as needed for publications or digital use.
∎ Assist in video editing and motion graphics (if applicable).
∎ Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with print vendors as required.
∎ Support internal departments with any design-related tasks, including presentation slides, forms, and internal communication materials.
