∎ Design/Printing/Publishing, Content on social media via design, Design products or services with creativity for Digital Marketing (ecommerce, woo commerce, social media content creation, campaigns, and ads).
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following area(s): Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, art sketch, Auto CAD, Adobe After Effect, Visual Basic, Different Video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora & common platforms.
∎ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
∎ Prior experience in graphic design or content creation is preferredKnowledge and experience in Digital Marketing, including social media strategy, content promotion, campaign execution, and digital analytics tools.
∎ Edit and retouch high-quality design for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.
∎ Work closely with the admin team to understand design requirements and deliver engaging visual content.
∎ Willing to provide training for junior team/ junior designer.Enhance designing content with motion graphics, animations, and special effects.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product teams, to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.Provide input and creative ideas to improve design and content in design.Should be smart & well conversant.
∎ Fluency in written and oral communication skills in both English and Bengali.Good organizational and time management skills.
∎ Ability to work on your own initiative.
∎ Have knowledge and proficiency in using AI prompts.Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe After Effect and Canva.
∎ Ability to create professional content in both languages.Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
∎ Attention to detail and strong creative skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design visual content for social media
∎ websites and marketing materials.
∎ Create banners, flyers, brochures and other video promotional materials using different tools.
∎ Develop creative content in both Bangla and English, ensuring high-quality typography and readability.
∎ Format documents, reports and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
∎ Support digital marketing efforts with creative visuals and content optimized for different platforms.
∎ Create training module and provide development training for intermediate/entry team/junior team/colleague.
∎ Design visual content for social media
∎ websites and marketing materials.

∎ Develop creative content in both Bangla and English, ensuring high-quality typography and readability.

∎ We will provide certification 2 times a year.
