Educational Requirements:
∎ BFA/ BVA with an emphasis in Graphic Design from a top tier institute in Bangladesh
∎ At least 4 years of experience within Graphic Design
∎ Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)
∎ Knowledge of photography and video production would be helpful
∎ Detail oriented, well organized, able to handle multiple projects at any given time, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work independently
∎ Willingness to learn new programs and design new techniques
∎ Familiarity with web design/development, print and/or online marketing disciplines
∎ Should be able to work under tight and competing deadlines

∎ We are in search of a reliable Graphics Designer to join our Creative Media team. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-pace environment, is excited about taking abstract concepts and developing dynamic elements for social media, media campaigns, product launches and events. If you are passionate about the creation of compelling, informative, and shareable content that will achieve the greatest reach with your audience, then this might be the position for you.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Use design tools to create graphics, collateral, signage, website, and other assets for a range of company design projects
∎ Participate in all phases of the graphic design process, from ideation through final delivery
∎ Present ideas, mockups and design comps in meetings
∎ Prepare, submit and manage production of collateral (including packaging/labels, sales tools, menus, signage and other branded items) through outside vendors
∎ Regularly update and improve website; manage website.
∎ Provide photo and video direction when needed
∎ Design company-branded materials to support North End's sales efforts including: brochures, presentation, infographics, event materials, banners, advertisements, campaigns etc
∎ Partner with sales team to polish proposal materials
∎ Constantly stay educated on the latest changes and trends in the art and design realm
∎ Maintain North End brand guidelines throughout the creative process

Salary: Tk. 21250 - 41250 (Monthly)
