MASTUL Foundation is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to humanitarian services, education, youth empowerment, and sustainable development. We're on the lookout for a Graphic Designer whose creativity can save the ship and steer it toward a brighter, more humane world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar Design software) and have basic skills in MS Word & Excel on both Mac and Windows platforms.

• Develop high-quality and visually engaging designs for digital, print, and multimedia platforms

• Create motion graphics, 2D animation, and AI-generated visuals to enhance brand storytelling.

• Strong typing skills in both Bangla and English (using Avro or similar typing software).

• Ability to perform video editing and knowledge of printing technology will be an added advantage.

• Must possess strong creativity and design sense.

• Photography skills will be considered a plus.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Must be a team player with good communication and social skills.

Education Requirements:

• HSC / Diploma in Graphic Design /Bachelor’s degree in CSE or a related field.

Salary Range: 

BDT 25,000 – 35,000 (May be Negotiable based on experience and qualification)

Age Limit: 30 – 45 Years

Experience : 5-10 years experience
