∎ Must have working experience in advertising agency or TV content/film production house.
∎ Must have practical experience in poster/creative design for television dramas, YouTube content thumbnails, film posters, stationery products, various types of advertisements (electronics and print media), events and social media.
∎ Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role.
∎ Strong understanding of visual design principles, Design Software Proficiency, typography, color theory, Image Editing, Illustration, Branding and Identity, Print and Digital Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Communication and Collaboration, Attention to Detail, and Layout and Composition.
∎ Demonstrated experience in graphic design.
∎ Impressive portfolio showcasing illustrations or other graphic work.
∎ Familiarity with design software and technologies like InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop.
∎ Keen attention to aesthetics and fine details.
∎ Must have knowledge of video editing and motion graphics. So that you can do little work.
∎ Excellent sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics. Ability to work creatively within project constraints and deliver high-quality content.
∎ Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.
∎ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Must have experience in television dramas, podcasts, documentaries, talk shows, promos, TVC/OVC, short video Graphics Design and animation work.
∎ Channel Branding: Must have practical experience in various works including Doggy, Popup, L-Sape.
∎ Strong project management skills & Knowledge of aspect ratios
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
∎ Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for design and video production.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
∎ Collaborating with the team for creative video projects.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Every now and then you will have to design various ads/creatives for electronics and print media.
∎ Have to design posters for various programs including television dramas.
∎ Design program name logo, YouTube thumbnail, cover, web banner.
∎ Various event backdrop design, brochures, leaflets etc. should be designed.
∎ Motion graphics/animation of various program logos, titles for television and online should be done.
∎ Create visual content. Develop and design graphics for digital and print media, including advertisements, social media, websites, and marketing materials.
∎ Collaborate with teams. Work with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and translate concepts into compelling visual designs.
∎ Ensure brand consistency. Maintain a consistent visual style across all platforms and ensure designs align with the brand's identity and goals.
∎ Produce high-quality deliverables. Generate high-resolution graphics, illustrations, and layouts that meet both creative and technical standards.
∎ Stay updated on trends. Follow design trends and best practices to ensure that all graphics are creative and on-brand.
∎ Read the design brief and understand what is needed.
∎ Plan when to work on projects and decide how much money can be spent.
∎ Come up with ideas for visuals based on the instructions.
∎ Make initial versions of the designs and show them to others.
∎ Create illustrations, logos, and other designs using computer programs or by hand.
∎ Choose the right colors and layouts for each design.
∎ Collaborate with writers and the creative leader to finish the design.
∎ Check how the graphics look in different media.
∎ Change the designs based on feedback.
∎ Make sure the final graphics and layouts look good and match the brand
∎ Demonstrating a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality motion graphic deliverables that meet client requirements and exceed expectations

∎ Marketers 360 Degrees is an advertising agency. We have two other subsidiaries namely 360 Degree Studio and 360 Degree Cinema. Male & Female both candidates who like or love media, film, fashion, television or advertising industry and are interested in working in this sector are requested to apply.
∎ Every now and then you will have to design various ads/creatives for electronics and print media.
∎ Have to design posters for various programs including television dramas.
