∎ Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ 3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, video animation, and graphic design.
∎ Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design tools.
∎ Knowledge of video editing, sound design, and post-production workflows.
∎ Experience in creating digital marketing assets and implementing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads.
∎ Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and analytics tools is a plus.
∎ Excellent creative, communication, and project management skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strong Knowledge about Adobe's Creative Suite - including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effect, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe In Design, Animation, Motion graphics (2D & 3D), Video editing & Adobe Photoshop, or any other Design & animation software.
∎ Creative Knowledge about digital marketing.
∎ Excellent design skills, including the effective use of color, form, and composition.
∎ Should design and create graphics according to the guidelines and instructions.
∎ Create brochures/posters, leaflets, banners, newsletters, flyers, festoons, calendars, book covers, and other materials.
∎ Plan and execute digital marketing strategies, including content creation, social media campaigns, SEO, and online advertising.
∎ Good command of written English and Bengal.
∎ Sound knowledge related to Printing, Press, and Packaging.
