Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design brochures, flyers, banners, billboards, and promotional materials for real estate projects.
∎ Create high-quality property renderings, site plans, floor plans, and 3D visualizations (if required).
∎ Develop branding elements for different real estate projects, including logos, typography, and color schemes.
∎ Design engaging social media graphics, ads, and videos for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
∎ Create interactive email templates, newsletters, and digital advertisements for marketing campaigns.
∎ Edit and enhance real estate photography for online and offline promotions.
∎ Create and edit short promotional videos showcasing properties, customer testimonials, and project highlights.
∎ Develop motion graphics and animations for digital marketing campaigns.
∎ Coordinate with the marketing, sales, and real estate development teams to align designs with project goals.
∎ Ensure a consistent brand identity across all online platforms.
∎ Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the real estate industry.
