Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Fine Arts/ Masters of Fine Arts
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have very good knowledge and practical experience of doing jobs in an actual
∎ production environment using Cartoon Animation (2D/3D), Composition (2D/3D) & Video
∎ editing.
∎ Efficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere pro, After Effects,
∎ Character Animator).
∎ Ability to create Background Design and Composition, Video Editing, Motion Graphic,
∎ Special Effects, Character Design, Sound Editing for video clip.
∎ Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.
∎ Strong conceptual skills, sophisticated design sensibilities
∎ Demonstrable graphic & animation design skills with a strong portfolio.
∎ Understanding Graphics, create contents & Edit Requirements for Social Media
∎ Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
∎ Edit videos and static graphic content mainly focused on social media content.
∎ Traditional Drawing skills will be an added advantage.
∎ Create compelling and effective designs, print and digital media
∎ Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media,
∎ competitive landscape and market trends
∎ Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
∎ Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
∎ Need to have aesthetic sense and be creative to produce ideas and concepts
∎ Creative and Imaginative and understanding of Motion, Color, and Form
∎ Self-Enthusiasm and able to work as part of a team
∎ Ability to communicate visually and convert concepts into design & art
∎ Must be able to handle multiple projects
∎ Professional attitude in design works
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ (Educational Qualification will be relaxed for experienced Motion Graphics Designer)
∎ Strong organizational skills to manage priorities with tight deadlines without
∎ compromising quality
