Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conceptualize and create original designs for fashion-related materials, including but not limited to: marketing collateral, advertisements, social media graphics, packaging, lookbooks, and website assets.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand design requirements and brand guidelines, ensuring all visual elements are consistent with the brand's identity.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, design techniques, and industry developments, using this knowledge to create innovative and relevant designs.
∎ Create engaging visual content for social media platforms, enhancing brand awareness and driving customer engagement.
∎ Generate compelling design concepts for seasonal collections, fashion shows, and events, while maintaining a strong focus on storytelling and conveying the brand's narrative.
∎ Adapt designs for various formats and platforms, ensuring they are optimized for digital and print applications.
∎ Work closely with the photography team to ensure seamless integration of visuals into marketing campaigns and fashion projects.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop design ideas that support the overall business objectives.
∎ Review and proof designs to ensure accuracy, alignment with brand guidelines, and adherence to deadlines.
∎ Maintain a consistent visual language across all design projects and develop style guides when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as a Graphic Designer within the fashion industry or related fields.
∎ Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of fashion-related design work, including digital and print materials.
∎ Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD).
∎ Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout techniques specific to the fashion industry.
∎ A keen eye for fashion trends, aesthetics, and an ability to infuse creativity into design projects.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take constructive feedback and translate it into design improvements.
∎ Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms to create designs that resonate with online audiences.
∎ A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to contribute new ideas and concepts.
