• The applicants should have experience in the following business areas:

• Advertising Agency, Design/Printing/Publishing, IT Enabled Service, Web Media/Blog, Advertising Technology (AdTech) Startup

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Strong understanding of design principles and best practices.

• Excellent visual communication skills.

• Experience with branding and marketing collateral creation (web graphics, social media graphics, presentations, etc.).

• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing Design and create visually compelling digital and print materials for marketing, branding, and advertising purposes.

• Develop high-quality social media posts, banners, blog images, info-graphics, and digital ads that align with the customers guidelines.

• Prepare and modify promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, leaflets, newsletters, and logos to enhance brand visibility.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to improve design processes.

• Edit and enhance existing design materials based on feedback and project requirements.

• Any other relevant tasks assigned by the management.
