Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product Visuals and Video Design: Create creative visually attractive product images and videos that highlight the uniqueness of our products and captivate consumer interest.
∎ Website Design and Development: Design and maintain the company website decorations and banner, ensuring a seamless user experience while delivering impressive visual effects.
∎ Online Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute multi-channel online marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns on platforms such as Daraz, Facebook, and others.
∎ Data Analysis and Optimization: Analyze marketing data to optimize advertising and marketing strategies, ultimately improving return on investment (ROI).
∎ Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure all design and marketing activities align with the company's goals.
∎ Social Media Experience: Experience with promoting products on social media platforms such as Daraz, Facebook, YouTube, etc., will be considered a plus.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing agency or related field.
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
∎ Strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, expertise in image editing, social media post designs, and typography skills.
∎ Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and visual composition.
∎ Ability to adapt quickly to clients' branding guidelines and implement them effectively in your designs.
∎ Detail-oriented and capable of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
