∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Supply Chain Management

∎ Age 38 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidates must have knowledge of each stage of the Spinning, Textile and Garment industry.
∎ Must also have knowledge of Supply Chain Management, including full participation in each step of materials and documents traceability of spinning, textile and garments).
∎ Forecast demand and plan accordingly.
∎ Sound knowledge about National & International Trade Policies.
∎ Ensure sourcing, negotiating and purchasing materials from the right, reputed & reliable vendors.
∎ Ensure all goods and services purchased comply with company procurement policy & procedure.
∎ Searching potential suppliers and ensure good quality product supply with the market's lowest price.
∎ Ensure Comparative Statement for all purchases, negotiating prices, Terms and conditions with the supplier and establishing PO.
∎ Coordinate with stores, users and follow up on material flow on time. Build and develop relationships with key suppliers.
∎ Follow up and maintain all the steps and documents from procurement to payment.
∎ Analysis of the data and prepare CS (Comparative Statement) accordingly to ensure product availability on time.
∎ Proper documentation to be maintained always just in time. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
∎ Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
∎ Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand Team Management Import Management (Key Performance Indicators are the measurement parameters and target which define your accountabilities and responsibilities).
∎ Any other duties assigned by Management.
