Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA from any recognized University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of documents/ papers for BTMA certificate (Import) and for release capital Machinery and release the undertaken from BTMA
∎ Bond License Renewal
∎ Preparation of documents/ papers for UP (utilization permission)
∎ Issuance of a new Bond license
∎ Prepare of local/foreign all types of BTB and cash L/Cs.
∎ Customs Audit and Allocation.
∎ Collecting local Maturity, bills and LCs.
∎ Regular submission of VAT return.
∎ Updating/ Renewal work of all sorts of licenses.
∎ Export and Import Follow up.
∎ Handling Transport and C & F agents strongly.
∎ Bangladesh Investment Development Authority/ Department of Textile related all kinds of job.
∎ Need to do all kind of related job with Customs& Bond clearing and forwarding.
∎ Export / Import related all kind of register under Bond.
∎ Vast experience about cash incentive.
∎ Monitoring Delivery from Port as per factory urgency.
∎ Negotiation with buyers for commercial issues like L/C clause, VAT, Payment, acceptance etc.
∎ Monitoring to release indemnity in time under SRO facility.
∎ Monitoring customs bond related work & solve.
∎ Bangladesh Bank work regarding FC Loans, EDF loan extension, Cash incentive fund collection.
∎ Monitoring, arrange and process term loan payment according to schedule.
∎ Monitoring everyday fund in various lien banks and synchronizing fund for payment of cash LC and term loan.
∎ Monitoring insurance policy and insurance claim.
∎ Ability to develop & implement commercial strategies, meeting company goals & objectives.
∎ Lead & fully supervise commercial team who looks after import & export business functions.
∎ Manage daily company operations & execute, co-ordinate, monitor daily accounting work,costing & manage LC related works.
∎ Regular monitoring & tracking various stages of export as well as payment follow up.
∎ Should have clear knowledge of current rules & regulations of customs UPDC-600, HS code & Inco terms -2010.
∎ Accepts extra duties as situations raised, works efficiently and calmly light deadlines or other stress factors arise.
∎ Vast knowledge for procurement textile related all materials.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Conception of UCPDC 2007 Revision, ICC Publication no.600
∎ Awareness of all type of circular from NBR for Custom Bond
∎ Experiences in working with Woven Fabrics Mills (Yarn Dyed, Solid Dyed, Digital print & Yarn Dying) will be treated as an added advantage.
∎ Regular update report to MD Sir.
