∎ Age 45 to 50 years
∎ CA-CC is preferred. The candidate should have experience in any Manufacturing industry as General Manager, Finance or Equivalent position at least 05 years.· Advanced skills in written & communication in English. Possess superior problem solving and analytical as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise the operation of Finance functionalities of the Group. Update monthly bank accounts, making bank reconciliation and prepare report for the management. Monitor, supervise & guide the team members for timely preparation of Reconciliation Statements related to finance & accounts. Good knowledge about International banking and international trade. Prepare various official letters in English to the Bank for LC and Banking purpose. Manage annual external audits & liaise with external auditors during audit period. Preparation and submission of required returns to NBR, Customs & Bangladesh Bank etc. Liaison with various Govt. offices, Banks, Insurance and other related office. Commercial Banking for all type of LCs (UPAS, SBLC, SLC, BBLC, DLC). Knowledge about Funded and Non-Funded Liabilities. Proposal making for Bank loan for composite credit facilities. Project profile making, Projected Financial report making. Persuasion with Bank and NBFI· Handle other work assigned by the Management.
