∎ At least 10 to 15 years experiences in real estate sectoc.
∎ Must know Bengali & English speaking and typing.
∎ Must know Computer Operations on MS Platform.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
∎ As General Manager developing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive revenue including leading teams, managing budgets, and overseeing all sales and marketing activities
∎ Develop and manage budgets
∎ Manage sales and marketing operations
∎ Recruit, hire, and train sales and marketing team.
∎ Evaluate and develop team members
∎ Manage expenses and ensure profitability.
∎ Excellent time management skills and must be self-motivated.
∎ Real Estate Background is needed. /preferred.
∎ Media/Agency/Account Management or branded entertainment experience preferred
∎ Hotel, Resort or Project Share work experience will be needed.
∎ Have to run a Sales Team with full control and supervision under given Targets each month.
∎ Be presentable with official attire.
∎ Must be ready to work on extra hours
