Responsibilities & Context: Key Responsibilities: Oversee all hotel departments (Rooms Division, F&B, Front Office, Engineering) Manage budgeting, forecasting, and revenue growth Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain online reputation Lead recruitment, training, and performance management Ensure compliance with legal and operational standards Requirements: 10–15+ years of experience in the hotel industry (4?/5? preferred) Degree in Hospitality Management / Business Administration Strong knowledge of PMS, OTA platforms, and reporting systems Proven leadership and operational management skills Fluent in English and Bangla Hospitality background is mandatory Skills & Competencies: Leadership & decision-making Financial management Strategic planning Crisis management Salary & Benefits: Negotiable (High package) Performance bonus Accommodation (if applicable) Annual increment
