Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and oversee all operations of the company within the assigned country, ensuring alignment with global strategy and objectives.
∎ Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, increase market share, and strengthen the company’s presence
∎ Serve as the primary liaison between headquarters and local teams, ensuring clear communication and execution of corporate directives.
∎ Ensure full compliance with local laws, regulations, tax policies, and business practices, maintaining high ethical standards.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, regulatory authorities, industry associations, and key stakeholders.
∎ Monitor and report on financial performance, operational risks, and market trends to inform decision-making.
∎ Drive organizational development through recruitment, training, and leadership of a high-performing local team.
∎ Represent the company at business events, conferences, and public forums to enhance visibility and credibility.
