Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Audit, Chartered Accountant, Cost and budget, Finance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Retail Store, E-commerce
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate should have practical experience in Finance, Investment Management, Internal Audit and Company affairs
∎ Business Planning, Financial Reporting & Feasibility of the new projects
∎ Supervising costing, budgeting & budgetary controlling
∎ Should be capable in leading a highly skilled team of professionals and coordinate with various Banks and Financial institutions.
∎ Conducting IPO activities and fund raising by issuance of Shares/debenture/bond & IPO and Share Capital Management.
∎ Developing financial strategy, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting.
∎ Providing financial reporting and analysis to guide decision-making.
∎ Analysis of revenue and profit, budgeted expenses and making recommendations for improvement
∎ Internal control procedures are in line with changing circumstances and priorities
∎ Ensuring corporate VAT/AIT management system in place
∎ Monitoring corporate income tax & individual income tax by ensuring TDS.
∎ Financial modeling & negotiating with financial institutes.
∎ Analyze organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; and accumulating capital to fund expansion.
∎ Solid knowledge of management accounting, budgets and the ability to handle IT products manufacturing financial concern
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual statements
∎ Perform month-end and year-end close processes
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
Salary: Tk. 150000 - 200000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Transport Facilities will not be provided
