∎ Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Accounting
∎ FCA is required.

∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ The candidate should have experience in any Manufacturing industry as GM Accounts & Finance for at least 03 years.
∎ Advanced skills in written & communication in English.
∎ Must know Bangladesh Tax and VAT regulations·
∎ Possess superior problem solving and analytical as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise the operation of Accounts & Finance functionalities of the Group.
∎ Update monthly bank accounts, making bank reconciliation, and prepare report for the management.Monitor, supervise & guide the team members for the timely preparation of Reconciliation Statements related to finance & accounts.
∎ Good knowledge about International banking and international trade.
∎ Prepare various official letters in English to the Bank for LC and Banking purpose.
∎ Manage annual external audits & liaise with external auditors during audit period.
∎ Preparation and submission of required returns to NBR, Customs & Bangladesh Bank etc.Liaison with various Government offices, Banks, Insurance companies, and other related offices.
∎ Handle other work assigned by the Management.
