∎ Master of Commerce (M.Com) in Accounting or Finance from any recognized/reputed University.
∎ FCA is preferred.

Accounts and Finance, Company Matters, Taxation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the operation of Accounting & Finance functionalities of the Group.
∎ Update monthly bank accounts, ensure bank reconciliation and prepare financial reports for the management.
∎ Monitor, supervise & guide the team members of the finance & accounts division.
∎ Prepare various official letters to the Bank for LC and Banking purpose.
∎ Manage annual external audits & liaise with external auditors during audit .
∎ Preparation and submission of required returns to NBR, Customs, Bangladesh Bank etc.
∎ Liaison with various Govt. offices, Banks, Insurance and other related office.
∎ Other works assigned by the Management, time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ The candidate should have experience in any Manufacturing industry with the capacity of not less than DGM Finance & Accounts for at least 03 years.
∎ Advanced skills in written & communication in English.
∎ Must have knowledge about Bangladesh Tax, Vat, Customs, Banking Act, Companies Act etc.
∎ Possess problem solving and analytical skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Good knowledge about International banking and international trade.
