Job Context:

We are looking for highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developers who can contribute to advanced technical projects and cybersecurity-oriented development environments. Candidates will be assessed primarily based on the projects they have worked on either in their professional experience or personal home labs, rather than solely on certifications.

Job Responsibilities and Context:

The selected candidates will be responsible for working on advanced cybersecurity-oriented development projects and must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in the following areas:

Core Programming Languages & Frameworks

• Languages/Frameworks: Java, Node.js, React.js, Express.js / NestJS, Vue.js, Angular, Go

• Python Frameworks: Django, FastAPI, Flask

Frontend Design & User Experience

• UI/UX Tools: Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Figma (for interface design)

• Visualization Libraries: D3.js, Chart.js, Cytoscape.js (for network and attack flow visualization)

• Real-Time Interaction: WebSockets (Socket.IO) for live red/blue team activity feeds and dashboards

Database Management

• Relational Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL

• NoSQL Databases: MongoDB, Redis (for telemetry, session data, and real-time event storage)

Scripting & Automation

• Proficiency in Bash, PowerShell, and Python for task automation, environment setup, and security testing.

Virtualization & Containerization

• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and VMware products for environment orchestration, lab deployment, and isolation.

Automation & Infrastructure-as-Code

• Practical experience with Ansible, or similar tools for automated provisioning, configuration, and deployment of labs.

DevSecOps & CI/CD

• Implementation and maintenance of secure CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.

• Integration of SAST/DAST tools for automated code and environment security checks.

Cloud & Network Knowledge

• Proficiency with cloud and on-prem infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Proxmox).

• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and security segmentation.

Cybersecurity Awareness

• Understanding of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and secure coding principles.

• Familiarity with threat emulation, MITRE ATT&CK framework, and incident simulation workflows.
